Because every product is handcrafted in small batches, we're unable to offer refunds on any purchases.

That said, if we make a mistake - such as sending the wrong item or shipping to the wrong address - we’ll gladly send a replacement to make it right.

Please note: We do not offer refunds or replacements due to scent, texture, personal preference, or skin sensitivities. These policies may evolve in the future as our small business continues to grow.
